Measure K is Unnecessary to Fulfill the RHNA Housing Numbers

The Table above demonstrates just how many excess housing units the city has proposed.

The MLK site is projected to provide for 15 low income and 35 very low income housing units.

Even without the MLK site, we have an excess of 10 very low and 27 low income sites.

As our last post explains, a buffer isn’t a requirement. Measure K is not necessary to keep Sausalito in compliance with State Law.
